Sarah is a special kind of person. The type of person who bakes love into everything she cooks, who believes food should be shared with those you cherish and who goes out of her way to make you feel like you are sitting in her kitchen, enjoying her hospitality. Being English, she makes a wicked cup of tea but don't reheat the pot or you'll suffer the consequences!
Camille's Kitchen came from Sarah's love of food, having grown up in the countryside of Somerset, South West England. Learning from her mother and grandmother and with the abundance of home grown fruit and veg from her fathers garden, family meals and celebrations were transformed into beautiful feasts.
Sarah's commitment to deliver exceptional food that not only looks amazing but is incredibly moreish, is second to none. Having worked alongside Sarah for many years, I love the days she is testing new food or has leftovers. Never have I experienced such wonderfully complex flavours and I am always first in line to be a taste tester (quite often asking for seconds!).
Having Sarah as part of the Little Birdy family is an absolute thrill. I know we will do amazing things together.
Tanya from Indie Bakehouse is like a warm hug. She always has a smile on her face no matter what is going on and she can talk to anyone about any topic. Her smile is infectious and she makes you feel like you can talk for hours and never get bored.
Sourdough is Tanya's forte, her bread is like nothing you have ever had. It's like one of her hugs but in bread form. A dynamo in the kitchen, she turns out delicious bread, amazing cakes and delectable cookies.
